Why Coral Secondary school forbids student to idle around near the school in their school uniform ?

Coral Secondary School forbids student to idle around as the principal believe that students must cultivate the good habit of using their time wisely and not to spent time on other things which are not useful to them . They forbid them to go to malls but they certainly allow them to the library which is of use to them .

Do you agree with this rule ? Explain your answer

I certainly as a position of a student does not agree with this rule as I think the school should not " care" what I do after school .If I were to buy food , I am also not allowed to buy from that shopping mall . But if I if I stand in a position of a teacher or principal , I would certainly agree but with less stricter control as we should trust on our own students , After all , it's their integrity that counts . We should not sent teachers there to check on them which is a complete waste of time for both the teacher and the student . If the teacher have remedials or extra classes to conduct , and if both scheldue clashes , it will not be good .
