How does the treatment program of the Singapore Prison Service help sex offenders ?
I think they must first be assesed by a lot of facetors which include theior attidue towars sex offends and their history of these crimes they commited. Those who are assesed and proved to be 'moderate' are put through this programme

Do you think that sex offenders should be given a second chance in the society ? State your reasons.

I think this sex offenders should be given a second chance in this soceity because if we get the assurance that they have changed and will not go back tot their old ways , I think they should be given a second chance because I also think through this programme , they should be able to understand what is the purpose of this programme for.
