The method of operating is that the scammers pose in most instances as a volunteer from welfare organisations on project pretending to spruce up their homes of the senior citizens . Once the innocent victim lets them in to their home , thisd 'volunteers' help themselves to the unsuspecting victims 's money



[b] What are the Lion Befrienders planning to do to ensure the old folks do not get conned again ?



The voluntary welfare organisation has alerted those under in charge of this scamster.


Do you like social work ? Why or Why not ?

For me , I like doing social work because it is very meaningful and I too can also serve the community by doing social work , I can also reach out to many elderly folks or have a chat or two with them and I can also go to orphanages to also talk to those children there and I find these things very fun and I also find it as a passion as I really love being involved in my community .
